Ribbon Blender

The offered ribbon blender is an essential industrial blending machine. It consists of a trough-formed shell that is generally over 3 times longer as compared to its width with a partial circular bottom. This bottom is equipped alongside a shaft in horizontal longitudinal direction on which the arms are mounted supporting a blend of helical screws, paddles or ribbon blades placed at an impartially close clearance to the integrated semi-circular blended structure. This is designed in such a manner so that no membrane of material stays on the bottom of our ribbon blender. The most powerful design is the dual spiral in which the external ribbon moves the item in a single direction and the interior ribbon moves in the conflicting direction.
